Ch. 601An Unexpected Windfall
Wu Tian accepted a wager with Taiqing and Yuanshi over the Investiture of the Gods, putting the Taiji Diagram and Pangu Banner at stake. After the Heaven, Earth, and Human Dao bound them to the agreement, Wu Tian rejected signing the Investiture and left Zixiao Palace with Nüwa and Tongtian following him.
- Taiqing staked the Taiji Diagram after Yuanshi put up the Pangu Banner, and Dao Ancestor Hongjun considered the danger of Wu Tian acquiring both treasures.
- Wu Tian accepted the wager, intending to use the agreement as a legitimate way to claim the Taiji Diagram and Pangu Banner if he won.
- Empress Pingxin joined the Human Dao and Earthly Dao auras, and Dao Ancestor Hongjun used Heavenly Dao Power to make the wager binding on Taiqing, Yuanshi, and Wu Tian.
- Tongtian refused to let Intercepting Sect disciples fill the Investiture of the Gods, and Wu Tian proposed abandoning the list and letting everyone determine their own fate.
- Wu Tian left Zixiao Palace, followed by Nüwa and Tongtian, while Yuanshi complained about Tongtian and asked Taiqing why he had staked the Taiji Diagram.
