Andres sent his God Clones toward the Wind and Fire Elemental High Godheads while keeping Iron Saber Castle’s knowledge of the Sovereign Sparks secret. After the Four Supreme Gods announced that Sovereign Sparks could make Highgods Sovereigns, Andres ordered the branches to sell regional information gradually and track the powerful figures gathering around each pillar.

• Andres traveled from Wind Thunder Valley toward the Sky Mountain Range and told Diya to watch the pillar in Cloud Sea Snowland without explaining what it contained.
• Andres’s Fire God Clone set out for the Pearl Sea in the Life God Realm as news of the pillars spread and Iron Saber Castle concealed what it knew.
• One year after the Sovereign Sparks descended, the Four Supreme Gods announced that the pillars would remain inaccessible for three hundred years and that independently ascended Highgods could become Sovereigns by refining a Spark.

At the Sky Mountain Range, he resisted their assault and killed the Commander Middles, but thousands of enemies still surrounded him.

After surviving Andres’s attack through the Destiny Gem, Ofu planned to strengthen himself and Augusta by studying other races, while Andres and the other Wind Sovereigns began creating a God Plane. The chapter leaves Ofu’s plan underway and Andres engrossed in seeking the final fusion of the Wind Element Law Profundities.

• Ofu explained that the Destiny Gem had preserved his soul and enabled his successful Soul Mutation, but had been exhausted in the process.
• Ofu proposed studying other races to discover ways to strengthen their bodies and souls, and outlined how Augusta could send newly elevated Highgods to gather blood essence from Material Planes.

Andres reached Wind Elemental Grand Perfection after hundreds of thousands of years of creating the Wind Element God Plane, gaining a major increase in strength. The plane then finished taking shape, and nine Plane Teleportation Arrays appeared across it.

• Andres used Faith Power to accelerate his deductions and broke through to Wind Elemental Grand Perfection, transforming his soul and body.
• Andres considered four possible paths to grow stronger, but concluded none could help him in the near future.
• The other wind Sovereigns noticed the Heavenly Law's descent and wondered whether Andres had reached Grand Perfection.
• The Wind Element God Plane took shape as a vast, lifeless world with nine continents and wide seas.
