Just as Fire Ball and Ice Ball had to be created simultaneously, this was one of Phil's few weaknesses—if it could even be called a weakness.

In a sense, Phil's heterochromatic eyes were also the "controller" for her abilities. Once something left her field of vision, she could no longer interfere with it.
