Even if he had sacrificed part of his future development for an advantage in actual combat and rapidly built up some combat power, the hard requirements above Tier 4 could not be rushed. They could only be overcome through endless accumulation.
A Tier 4 profession might require one Tier 3 profession trained to its limit, along with three or four more Tier 3 professions of the same kind as a foundation, plus a little luck for the breakthrough.
What about Tier 5? Tier 6? Even geniuses needed accumulation and comprehension for that. It could not be hurried.
