PS. Tyrannical Three-Faced detests the strong crushing the weak. Therefore, when the opponent you challenge is more than one tier below you (a Tier 5 can challenge a Tier 4 but not a Tier 3), the ability cannot be activated. If their highest class rank is lower than yours, you must obtain their permission before activating it. This ability can only be used once a week.
That meant Lu PingAn could not use it on ordinary people. Even against someone one tier below
