Outer Dragon State was one of the southernmost states of the Eastern Kingdom. It had earned its name from its shape, like a long dragon cradling the moon.
Dragon Moon Island, or Dragon Moon City, was its provincial capital—the moon in that "long dragon cradling the moon." It was also the Eastern Kingdom's largest naval base and shipbuilding industry hub.
Major factions on the level of the Maiden of the Forest Church had branches across the country. The peak Tier 6 Lu PingAn had taken down had been a former high-ranking member of the Changping Church. However, their core power was still concentrated in the central and southern regions.
Dragon Moon Island had a naturally subtropical climate—at least on the surface—and was far enough from the mainland to make development convenient. It was also convenient for all sorts of boundary-crossing experiments, which was the unspoken main reason. As such, it was one of the Forest Goddess Church's most important operations in the south.
The ocean was the cradle of life, and the boundless sea was a blind spot in the evolution of life. Who knew how many bizarre things they had created in those waters?
