From the airport greeter holding up a sign, Lu PingAn finally received a piece of good news.
The one who had come to receive Lu PingAn was an Eastern Kingdom colonel holding an actual post here. He was the military attaché's deputy at the liaison office and the head of intelligence, effectively the deputy to the highest commander.
