The troublemaker was an Explorer group under a mid-sized church called the Victory Military Banner.
It was a subordinate god of a True God Church focused on war, as well as the "armed security group" for this exploration.
People like Lu PingAn, who prioritized trade and diplomatic communication upon arriving somewhere, counted as the doves among Explorers. Where there were doves, there were hawks, and plenty of hawks went far too far.
The Victory Military Banner was not among the most extreme, but it was certainly not one of the well-behaved groups either. Once they determined that this world was an exceptionally rich virgin land with little defensive power, they naturally initiated their conquest procedures.
They conquered several kingdoms, forcibly pieced them together, installed puppets as governors, and began one-sided trade with no equality whatsoever. At the same time, they began eyeing the high-quality human resources.
