Eating one of the opponent's pieces did not mean it was over. But if the piece belonged to another Life God, it might be even more effective than one from Lady Lin's own faction at this point.

Lu PingAn had no intention of dragging those Gods of Life into an all-out assault. Letting the fittest survive through prolonged coexistence was his safest path to victory.
