Well, I didn't prepare anything, so I'll just say a few things.

This is my longest book, without question. Three years and five million words. I wrote everything that should and shouldn't have been written, and I've more or less reached my limit.

Originally, it was only planned to end at Tier 10. But as I kept writing, I ended up clearing out all the bosses anyway, at least giving it a proper ending. That also led to the level rising to Tier 11, an overly fantastical realm.

Well, because I used a DND-like divine kingdom setup, the gods were all far too massive in scale. The battles became contests of who had more cannon fodder. It was painful for me to write, and readers probably found it rather boring too. Lesson learned—I won't design things that way again.

As always, thank you all for your support along the way. This book had quite a few problems, and I'm grateful for your understanding and support throughout.

Finally, let's talk about the new book. I actually began planning it much earlier than expected. Those familiar with me know that I like to finish building a world before I start writing, so I tend to begin planning a book very early.

I started this one last March, and had already typed out the opening by September. But I waited until today, when there was truly nothing left to write for the old book, before properly beginning it. I'm confident I can write it even longer than this one, and the later parts will be more interesting too.

The new book is fantasy, the genre I'm best at. Looking back, it feels rather strange. I started out writing Western fantasy; my first book was Dragon Vein Mage, and the one that did relatively
