Perhaps it had no interest in interfering with the myriad lives hidden in the dark, but for certain Children of Destiny (Lu PingAn: Destiny's puppet), it would make "arrangements."
There was no need to arrange every word you said or every action you took. It only needed to place you where you were supposed to be at a particular time, let you encounter the hardships and circumstances you were meant to face, and let you meet the people you were supposed to meet. Then, everything would happen naturally.
What exactly you said did not matter, nor did what you thought. In the end, you would do what Destiny needed you to do.
You would dance and sing upon Destiny's stage, then take your bow once your mission was complete.
Why? How could it achieve that? You had been nurtured by the world. Your consciousness, your thoughts, and your limits had always been within Destiny's calculations.
