Lu PingAn built a business and a foothold among the refugees while maneuvering the Blood Feast and Peace Officers into conflict. His accumulating debts awakened the Bookkeeper profession and a new path toward Tier 5, while suspicion of outsiders continued to grow.

  • Lu PingAn learned the local cultivation methods, strengthened himself and his companions, and began collecting monsters and resources to develop the Courtyard’s system.

Arc 38The Bounty and the Blood Feast

Lu PingAn built influence across the city while using bounties, debt, and carefully staged provocations to isolate Zhao Yan and turn the Blood Feast against itself. As Zhao Yan sought a way to repair his unstable power and recruited Sun Yi, Lu PingAn brought the opposing factions toward a confrontation.

  • Da Mu borrowed from Lu PingAn and went shopping, unaware that his debt had placed him in Lu PingAn’s ledger.
  • Lu PingAn expanded his Courtyard and used Life Coins to summon Spirit Ghosts, then began building influence through generosity and city investments.
  • Zhao Yan advanced to Rule-level and began preying on his former allies, so Lu PingAn studied his powers and lured him into the hunters’ first failed ambush.
