Susanoo was the third power unlocked only after awakening the Mangekyō Sharingan, known as the power of the gods.
It had several forms, each with different levels of power.
Shisui Uchiha was using the first form.
It consisted only of an upper body, skeletal in appearance, with no dedicated weapon. It could wield ordinary swords or use its fists.
Its defense was decent, though. Unless the attack was exceptionally fierce, it could not be breached.
Shisui Uchiha was young and injured; activating the first form was already his limit.
