Exploring the Divine Kingdom

Actually, as Hafa had said, entering the Kuhai Divine Kingdom was not that troublesome.

By passing through the Seabed Vortex and the rift, following that pulling force, one could directly enter the Divine Kingdom. The people who had previously gone missing had most likely vanished for the same reason.

The journey through the spatial passage and the environment within the Kuhai Divine Kingdom were still somewhat difficult for a mere Stellar Level cultivator to endure. Fortunately, Gu Ce's physique was exceptional, far beyond that of others at the same level, and he quickly adapted.

"Is everyone all right?" Bai Zhou asked with concern.

"Qianyu and I will explore the Lower Sea. You all will go to the Middle Sea," Bai Zhou said.

The environment inside the Kuhai Divine Kingdom was equally strange.

First, it was divided into a core ocean and an outer continent. The continent surrounded the core ocean like a doughnut.

Some living creatures inhabited the continent. Most were not particularly strong, with the strongest only at the Universe Level. Their levels generally ranged from the Planetary Level to the Universe Level.

The core sea was the true heart of the Kuhai Divine Kingdom.

It was divided into the Upper Sea, Middle Sea, and Lower Sea. The types and strengths of Sea Beasts living in each layer differed as well. The deeper one went, the harsher the environment became, and the stronger the Sea Beasts were.

In the Lower Sea, only Universe-Level Sea Beasts could survive, and Domain Lord Level Sea Beasts were not uncommon.

The Middle Sea was slightly better. Most Sea Beasts there ranged from the Stellar Level to the Universe Level, with only an extremely small number reaching the Domain Lord Level.

This information had been discovered by the first group of explorers. They had paid a considerable price to escape from the Lower Sea, which was likely the place most likely to conceal the Ku Hai Divine Lord's secret treasures.

"Mm." Mijiti replied listlessly.

The Sea Beasts they encountered along the way were all pierced through the heart by Mijiti, who was still in a bad mood. This red-haired girl seemed to have a deep understanding of the Origin Laws of Fire, and she wielded a Fifth-Order Force Weapon spear.

Flames clung to the spear as Mijiti used Flame Spear Charge, skewering a Universe-Level Sea Beast like a barbecue.

Di Man silently appeared behind Mijiti and blocked a Sea Beast's attack for her. He held an enormous earthen-yellow shield, using it as a hammer as he swung it fiercely and smashed it heavily into the Sea Beast's head.

The two worked together like this, quickly killing every attacking Sea Beast in the vicinity without even giving Gu Ce a chance to act.

After repeating this several times, they soon arrived at a depth of three hundred and thirty thousand meters.

This was the boundary between the Upper Sea and the Middle Sea.

"Can you endure it? If you can't, go back and wait on the outer continent." Mijiti spoke without the slightest politeness.

"I can manage," Gu Ce answered calmly.

The seawater in the Middle Sea was denser, and the pressure within it was immense. Even Stellar Level Sea Beasts found it somewhat difficult to survive here. At the very least, one needed to be at the fourth or fifth level of the Stellar Level to move about freely here.

Gu Ce was only at the seventh level of the Stellar Level, and the human physique was much weaker than that of Sea Beasts. Theoretically, one needed to be at least at the ninth level of the Stellar Level to remain in the Middle Sea, while only those at the Universe Level could move freely.

Mijiti nodded and said nothing further.

Mijiti froze for a moment before reacting and rushing toward it first.

The other two followed close behind, quickly arriving before the spherical building.

"This shell was made from at least D-class pure metal!" Mijiti reached out and tapped the shell of the spherical structure. Her face lit up, and she could not help glancing at Gu Ce a few more times.

"Maybe there's something good inside. You did well," Mijiti praised him for once.

"So how do you plan to open it?" Gu Ce replied coolly.

The structure was completely sealed, nothing more than a giant iron ball. Rimuru said that the entire thing was made from D5-class pure metal, and even some powerful Domain Lords would likely find it difficult to break through.

Mijiti was left speechless and stood there awkwardly.

She truly had no good solution.

"Let's put it away first. We'll figure out how to open it after taking it outside," Di Man finally said.

Mijiti glared at Gu Ce, making him shake his head inwardly.

This woman seemed to have something wrong with her head.

"Master, do you think she likes Bai Zhou? Then, seeing that Bai Zhou didn't bring her along and instead brought another girl, she became resentful?" Rimuru asked.

"Are you going to say that Di Man secretly has a crush on Mijiti too?" Gu Ce was speechless.

Come to think of it, Rimuru's guess was not entirely impossible.

Gu Ce did not want to get too involved with a woman who seemed to be love-struck. If she lost her head and attacked him, he might end up having to deal with both people before him at once.

For a time, the three said nothing.

Di Man stored the sphere in his spatial ring, intending to ask someone to open it after they took it out.
