The four Domain Lord Fishmen knelt before Kashel and spoke respectfully.

They were the entirety of the Fishmen's strength.

The Fishmen had three crucial locations: the Ancestral Hall, the Sea Abyss, and the Mirage Sea.

The Ancestral Hall was the great hall where they currently stood.

The Sea Abyss was a prison for criminals, and the outsiders were currently being held there.

Each of these three important locations had a Domain Lord Level guardian. The Domain Lord Fishman guarding the Sea Abyss was among the four below.

Aside from those three locations, the Fishmen also had a Guard Corps responsible for protecting the clan's safety.

Kashel had once been the Captain of the Guard Corps.

From this, it was clear just how severe the Fishmen's generational decline had become. Aside from their sole World Lord, their strongest members were only at the third level of the Domain Lord Level.

The Fishmen possessed a bloodline that reached Universe Level upon adulthood!

This was the greatest issue faced by Divine Kingdom Humans.

"Let's go. We'll head to the Sea Abyss together, retrieve the Sea Suppressing Pearl, then take a look at the Mirage Sea," Kashel ordered.

The Mirage Sea was a natural danger zone within the Kuhai Divine Kingdom. Anyone who entered would naturally fall into illusions. It was somewhat helpful for tempering one's willpower, but no Fishman had ever reached the core of the Mirage Sea.

"Master, the Domain Lord outside has left," Rimuru said.

"Good!" Gu Ce's eyes lit up. The timing could not have been better.

"Diamant, make your move," Gu Ce transmitted.

Diamant nodded solemnly.

The metal cage let out a piercing sound. Diamant took out a bottle of unknown liquid and directly corroded the cage made of D-Grade Metal!

Everyone stared at Diamant in shock, unaware of what he was thinking.

Diamant's heart was bleeding. This was his final life-saving measure, a toxic liquid capable of affecting Domain Lord Level beings. It had been concocted by a World Lord pharmacist of the Cuimu Empire, and even he had only this one bottle!

After escaping his cage, Diamant ignored the others' loud cries and swiftly came to Gu Ce's cage, releasing him as well.

"What now?" Gu Ce asked.

"Are you sure you can get me out of here?" Diamant countered.

"Don't worry," Gu Ce said with a smile.

Unexpectedly, before Gu Ce had even contacted Diamant, Diamant had already approached him first, asking Gu Ce to take him out of this prison!

Diamant, however, felt somewhat uneasy.

Gambling that Gu Ce had the ability to get him out!

Compared to the wailing trial participants around him, Gu Ce's calm expression—even carrying the faintest smile—seemed brimming with confidence, making him far more trustworthy.

Even the two Universe Level beings who had just been captured wore grave expressions.

That left Diamant completely unsure whom to choose, so he simply picked someone he knew.

Outside the prison, the Universe-Level Sea Beast sharks sensed that something was wrong and surged inside, only to spot the two escapees.

"This..." Diamant drew his spear, his expression grave as he prepared to fight to the death.

"Relax. Let me handle it."

Gu Ce stopped Diamant.

He had already promised to get him out, and Diamant still had other uses afterward. Nothing could happen to him for the time being.

"Gu Ce, have you gone mad? Lord Hafa told us to just wait!" Bai Zhou, who had only been imprisoned for a short time, finally could not help speaking up when he saw this.

"You contacted Lord Hafa?" Mijiti asked excitedly.

Bai Zhou ignored her and kept his eyes fixed on Gu Ce.

A dark blue longsword appeared in Gu Ce's hand, and his figure suddenly burst forward.

Bai Zhou's eyes widened as he watched Gu Ce split into more than ten phantoms, the sword in his hand effortlessly reaping the Sea Beasts' lives!

Gu Ce slashed out with his sword, nearly tearing space apart as he instantly killed a Universe-Level Sea Beast.

Swordsmanship and movement techniques fused together.

The power of laws condensed upon the blade, giving Gu Ce the ability to fight above his level!

This group of several dozen Universe-Level sharks was like a pack of chickens and dogs before Gu Ce. No one would have imagined that Gu Ce was merely Stellar Level.

Gu Ce led Diamant out of the prison, leaving everyone inside staring at one another.

Kashel arrived with the four Domain Lord Fishmen.

"Where are they?"

Kashel was dumbfounded as he looked at the Sea Beast corpses scattered across the ground and the two damaged cages.

"Alright, how do we leave the Kuhai Divine Kingdom?" Diamant asked urgently.

"Don't rush." Gu Ce spoke first to calm him.

"Do you want to add a new race to your empire?" Gu Ce asked.

"What?" Diamant was stunned.

"The Fishmen are Divine Kingdom Humans whose talents were altered by a special treasure. If they get the chance to enter the universe, they definitely won't let it pass," Gu Ce explained simply.

Diamant fell into thought.

Only after a long while did he raise his head and say, "I can find a way to provide the Fishmen with a territory, but will they really agree?"

"I think the chances of success are very high," Gu Ce said seriously.

"...Then why did we run?" Diamant asked in confusion. "Wouldn't it have been enough to wait in the prison for the Fishmen's Domain Lords to show up?"

"Ha." Gu Ce gave an awkward laugh.

"Ahem, of course we need to first see what good things the Fishmen have before we can trade with them, right?" Gu Ce explained. "Otherwise, what if they just use some random items to fool us?"

"That... seems to make some sense?" Diamant nodded.

Inside the Sea Abyss prison.

Though Kashel did not know where the two had fled, he still decided to proceed according to the original plan, merely sending one person to search for them.

Nothing could go wrong with these outsiders. This concerned the fate of the entire Fishmen race!

Surrounded by several Domain Lord Level Fishmen, Kashel arrived at the deepest level of the Sea Abyss.

Looking at the pitch-black gate before him, Kashel took a deep breath.

He raised the scepter in his hand and, following the former Fishman Clan Leader's instructions, inserted it into a small hole.

The black stone gate slowly opened, revealing what lay within.

It was an altar.

A blue, translucent pearl was embedded in the octagonal altar.

The area around the altar was inscribed with many incomprehensible symbols. Kashel looked at them only once before withdrawing his gaze. Those symbols seemed to contain a trace of the mysteries of the Law of Water, yet when examined closely, nothing could be discerned.

"Clan Leader, once we take the Sea Suppressing Pearl, this world will gradually collapse. We need to find somewhere to settle first," someone reminded him.

"Mm." Kashel nodded and stepped forward.

Arriving before the altar, he pressed both hands against the Sea Suppressing Pearl and exerted force to lift it!

The stone altar cracked apart, forming a massive opening as threads of energy leaked out.

Kashel ignored it and instead held the Sea Suppressing Pearl tightly in both hands.

The Sea Suppressing Pearl combined water and space. It possessed the ability to stabilize space and could strengthen a World Lord's internal world or an Immortal Divine Kingdom. It was a natural treasure born within the Ku Hai Secret Realm!

After the Ku Hai Divine Lord acquired it, he placed it within his own Divine Kingdom to stabilize it. It could also enhance the talents of the humans within the Divine Kingdom, which was how the Fishmen came to possess their powerful bloodline.
