Turning around, Mosang glanced at the mountain range gradually receding behind them.
Mosang always felt that something was off. He turned to Beile beside him. "Brother Beile, are we really just leaving Jie Ning behind alone?"
Beile seemed to be lost in thought, his face full of delight.
Hearing Mosang's question, Beile finally came back to himself and looked at Mosang strangely. "Leaving him behind?"
"Mosang, what are you thinking?"
"Jie Ning has become an Overgod's Envoy. If possible, I'd rather be the one who got 'left behind.'"
"And now that he's become an Overgod's Envoy, he has to follow the Overgod's arrangements. Isn't that perfectly normal?"
"It would be strange if Jie Ning still came with us to carry out the Blade Army's missions."
Mosang was still conflicted. "But..."
Beile patted Mosang's shoulder understandingly. "Enough. We're all friends, so I know you can't bear to part with Jie Ning. With the Overgod there, that kid won't run into any trouble."
"There's plenty of time ahead of us. We'll meet again someday."
"The next time we see him, we should probably call him Lord Jie Ning." Beile ended with a joke.
"But wasn't Jie Ning someone the Army Lord specifically chose?" Mosang asked.
"Brother Beile, aren't you worried the Army Lord will hold us accountable?"
"Who do you think we were dealing with?" Beile suddenly found it amusing.
"That was an Overgod. Don't worry, the Army Lord won't blame us."
Beile's tone was filled with confidence, especially as he sensed the more than a million trillion Ink Stones and... that clump of Sovereign's Might within his Space Ring.
After saying that, Beile accelerated and flew to the very front of the group.
"All of you, pick up the pace. We can reach Tiger Flight City within a month at most.
