Background / History

Ji Feixue is the daughter of the scholar Ji Tianchen and a woman connected to the Dragon Clan. Her father was attacked by Azure Dragons while seeking a finger bone from a golden pagoda; Ji Feixue intervened to defend him, though she was then overwhelmed by Meng Xiao. Meng Xiao condemned her for taking the surname Ji rather than Meng and for siding with her father. 460

Her relationship with the Dragon Clan is notably strained. She has fought nearly every member of the clan apart from its two Old Ancestors, and Meng Xiao regarded her as a traitor. 460

At an earlier point in her life, Ji Feixue discovered a Marriage Certificate in Cloud Dream Marsh after fighting alongside Su He against five cultivators. The certificate imprinted both of their names, but she initially suspected Su He of plotting against her and attacked him. 453

She later passed her Heavenly Tribulation in both her dragon and human forms, opening the Chaos and establishing a cultivation route distinct from ordinary Divine Beasts. 280

Appearance

Ji Feixue is a beautiful woman whose bearing shifts sharply between seductive playfulness, icy composure, and overt killing intent.

  • Often wears red; after merging with her black-clad split body, her clothing becomes red with black patterns. 332
  • Can manifest a white dragon illusion and stand upon its head while fighting. 300
  • Her human and dragon forms both passed Heavenly Tribulation. 280
  • Possesses a rune-like mark between her brows associated with her connection to her Soul Beast. 457

Personality

Ji Feixue is direct, proud, and intensely self-reliant. She has little interest in matters unrelated to herself, generally dividing people into those she can ignore and those she can kill. 462 She is also highly suspicious when confronted with unclear motives, particularly during her early encounters with Su He. 453

She can be teasing and affectionate toward Su He, frequently calling him “Little Husband,” yet her affection coexists with an aggressive and unpredictable training style. 265 309 She dislikes being treated as helpless and prefers to settle personal battles herself, as shown when she fought Meng Xiao without using divine abilities or weapons beyond physical combat. 460

Her ruthlessness is especially apparent toward enemies who threaten her family. She killed Consort Yi, the Grand Clan Leader, and Eunuch Gui without hesitation after they tried to murder Ya Ya. 340
