Last night, my headache was so bad that I went to get checked today. They said it was high blood pressure. The headaches, pounding head, and weakness all over my body I'd often felt before were mostly because of that too. My blood pressure was as high as around 150. They said that living with my days and nights reversed like this put too much strain on my body, and with all sorts of old hidden injuries besides, I absolutely had to regulate my lifestyle and exercise more from now on. Otherwise, if I didn't even make it to thirty, I'd be done for.
At first I didn't think it was much of a problem—if I didn't get worked up, I wouldn't feel dizzy. But ever since I found out I had high blood pressure, the pressure in my mind had skyrocketed. I kept thinking about when I might die, and my head felt dizzy all the time. Didn't that clash with the doctor's advice to relax and not get angry?!
Anyway, I'll go to bed early and get up early. I'll get up early tomorrow and post more for everyone!
