My lower back ached and my whole body hurt. The frozen shoulder in my back had flared up again—or rather, it had never stopped these past few days. Sitting for even a little too long would set it off. It used to strike only occasionally, but now it seemed to be checking in every single day, leaving me breaking out in cold sweat from the pain!
