A divine kingdom was a miniature heaven and earth, a small world entirely under a deity's control. In the future, when a Divine Lord comprehended heaven and earth and contemplated its mysteries, it would all be done within this small world.
One could even enact the grand feat of Creation of the World within it, all for the sake of truly transcending heaven and earth and attaining the Dao.
In other words, the more complete this small world was, the greater the Divine Lord's chances of advancing further in the future and cultivating to the God King Realm.
Ordinary Divine Lords could only reach around fifty percent completeness at most. Some Imperishable Realm experts, such as Ao Chaozong, used certain methods to create pseudo-divine kingdoms, but those were at most ten to twenty percent complete—worlds apart from true divine kingdoms.
To cultivate to the Seal King Realm, however, a divine kingdom needed to be at least seventy percent complete. It might seem like a difference of merely twenty percent, but it was a chasm that the vast majority could never cross.
Moreover, once a divine kingdom had been condensed, it was almost entirely set in stone. Trying to improve it further afterward was harder than ascending to the heavens.
It could almost be said that however it was when first condensed was how it would remain thereafter. Unless one encountered some extraordinary stroke of fortune, it could not be changed.
Those who could condense one to sixty percent would find it comparatively easier to cultivate to the Peak Sage Realm. Compared with those who could only reach fifty percent, the difficulty was vastly different.
Even seventy percent only counted as an ordinary King. To cultivate to the peak of the King Realm, one needed a divine kingdom exceeding eighty percent
