"I disagree!" Almost immediately, someone stepped forward. Ye Xiwen turned to look and saw a gigantic demon eagle. Though it had restrained itself considerably, it was still as enormous as a small hill. As it spoke, it transformed into a middle-aged man. Like most of the Devil Race, his entire body was covered in black scales, with two wings behind him, making him look exceptionally imposing.
The Flame Lord's expression immediately darkened. "Eagle Sage, why do you object?"
Ye Xiwen said nothing, merely frowning slightly. From this alone, it was clear that the Flame Lord's control over this legion was rather limited.
That was only natural. The entire legion had been assembled by drawing experts from the various races and factions. All of them came from eternal, undying powers such as Seal King Factions. Even Seal King Realm experts would find it difficult to win their wholehearted submission, for the figures standing behind them were not inferior in the slightest.
Of course, he had also heard that every faction possessed a pure legion made entirely of experts from its own ranks. Those were their true fighting forces, their most elite legions.
