Before the War of Ascension, Meng Cha and Zhen Jiao were recruited into the Demon Race as Universe Masters by the Demonic Beast Progenitor. Meng Cha rose to Universe Supreme Being during the war, then joined Zhen Jiao in driving the Progenitor out and taking over as a Demon Ancestor. 185
