After walking up for a while, they reached the top of Hokage Rock. It was a vast open area, with five layers of railings set up along the edge as defenses. Tiny colored lights wound all the way from the foot of the mountain along the path to the flat summit.

Ino stood inside the innermost railing, watching Naruto stand atop the outermost one, his tactical boots balanced on a steel pipe barely six centimeters in diameter. The night wind howled at that height, making his entire body sway with it.
