He did not feel much about it.

To be honest, the other man might have seen them as classmates in the same year.

But with his adult mind, Murphy had never regarded his classmates as his peers, even while he was at school.

Winston nodded and took a deep breath. "Engorgio!"

The wafer instantly expanded several times over, but when it finally stopped growing, its edge still fell some distance short of the fivefold circle.

Murphy glanced at the markings beside the wafer's edge. "18.65 inches, a difference of 1.35 inches. Not bad. Use Finite Incantatem to undo the change."

He was recording the radius.

On his second attempt, Winston's Engorgement Charm overshot the fivefold circle, producing a worse result than his first try.

Judging from their results, one of them had managed to reduce the difference in radius to around 0.4 inches, or roughly one centimeter.

And that was without any targeted training.

He believed that with intensive training, the variation would become very small, perhaps even reaching the millimeter range. Moreover, they could undo the spell on wafers with larger deviations and cast it again, so consistently keeping the variation in enlarged wafers within the millimeter range should not be much of
