"I'm your new neighbor," Murphy said gently. "My name is Murphy Darkholme. You can call me Murphy."
"Murphy!" Fred Weasley and George Weasley cried out. "I knew it was him."
"Ron, go get Mum!"
A short while later, a plump middle-aged woman in an apron came out of the Burrow, still holding a spatula in her hand.
She looked at Murphy in some confusion. "Sir? Is there something I can help you with?"
"Oh, I'm your new neighbor, Murphy, Murphy Darkholme." As Murphy spoke, he stepped forward and handed over the flowers in his hand. "My friend told me the Weasley family lived around here, so I came specially to pay a visit."
"Oh! My goodness!" Molly Weasley accepted the flowers, somewhat flattered. "That's so thoughtful of you, sir. I haven't received flowers in years."
"Especially flowers from a handsome wizard," one of the twins said with a grin.
Molly blushed and glared at him. "Watch your backside, George Weasley. Just you wait till I make it bloom."
"But I'm Fred Weasley, Mum."
"Sorry, George Weasley, I didn't mean I was going to hit you..."
"But I'm the one who's Fred Weasley, Mum. George Weasley tricked you..."
"Oh! You two little devils!"
Molly was made terribly embarrassed by the two little devils, and Murphy found it rather amusing too. This pair of twins really did have a gift for humor.
"If it's inconvenient, I can come another time?"
"No, no, no," Molly said, feeling very embarrassed. "My house is a terrible mess, but if you don't mind, do come in for a cup of tea."
After going inside, Murphy discovered that when Molly called it a mess, she was not being modest.
