Putting the goblin coin into Severus Snape's office was not very hard, as long as Harry Potter mustered the courage to step into that room again.

Last time, Snape had confiscated his copy of Quidditch Through the Ages, and it was because he had wanted to get the book back that he had seen Snape's bitten leg. This time, he could use the same excuse to go in again. At worst, he would just get shouted out.

Even though he thought that, Harry was so nervous throughout the whole Potions class that his mind wandered. After finally enduring until class was over, Harry, under the encouraging gazes of his friends, clenched the goblin coin tightly and knocked on the door of Snape's office.

"Come in." Snape was sorting through the various potion ingredients on the shelves. Although, ever since his strict ban last time, there had been fewer cases of people smuggling ingredients out, he still felt that the recent consumption of ingredients was somewhat higher than normal.

When he turned and saw it was Harry, Snape frowned, without the slightest trace of warmth. "What do you want now, Potter?"

Harry tried his best to get close to Snape's desk. According to Tom and the others, it would be best if he stuck the coin, which had just been placed under the Permanent Sticking Charm, under the desk.

"P-Professor, I want to get my book back..."

He had already reached the side of the desk, and the hand holding the coin took the chance to reach under it.

"Take your filthy hand away, Potter! Don't touch my things!"

Harry jumped in fright, muddle-headedly pressed the coin down, and, without knowing whether it had stuck to the desk or not, hurriedly pulled his hand back.

His nervous appearance made Snape suspicious.
