A smile appeared on Ye Li's face as he gently pulled Gwen closer.
Their figures intertwined once more.

Jessica pretended to cover her eyes, though the gaps between her fingers were wide open.

It didn't look like his flight gear had malfunctioned and made him fall. He had been knocked flying here.
But Gwen was right beside him. Which superhero had beaten him up?
Curiously, Ye Li looked toward the direction Vulture had come from. There stood a high-rise building.
Before one of its shattered floor-to-ceiling windows, an exceptionally muscular bald man in a suit turned and walked away...
"Li, Gwen! Are you two okay? You scared me to death!" Jessica ran over.
Gwen came back to her senses and replied, "We're fine, Jessica. Thanks to Li."
Ye Li leaned close to Gwen's ear and whispered, "Gwen, I think we should leave first."
"Mm, let me get up first."
After sitting up,
Gwen looked toward Vulture as he took flight again.
I'm supposed to be the one protecting Li!
She puffed out one cheek angrily.
Just wait until I put on my suit. Then I'll deal with you, you guy flying around everywhere!

Vulture paid no attention to the two pedestrians he had nearly crushed to death and roared toward the building.

It was Ye Li, now wearing the Knight-Spider Suit.
The Knight-Spider Suit's color scheme closely resembled Venom-Spider's, but it also came with a hooded trench coat, making it look like a couple's version of the Ghost-Spider Suit.
And this thing even played passionate background music internally, making him feel like he had wandered onto the set of Kamen Rider.
