Soul Bone Fused with Meteor!

Nine Treasures City was beautiful at night. Bright Soul Tool lights shone everywhere, reflecting the joy of the people and the beauty of life.

On the streets, passing crowds walked by with their families in cheerful harmony. The rich aroma of snacks filled the streets, making people unable to resist drooling.

By a window on the fourth floor of the Nine Treasures Grand Hotel, Qin Ze gazed at the crowds coming and going below.

It had to be said that the hotel under the Nine Treasures Glazed Tile Sect was decorated with unparalleled luxury. "It's getting late. Time to sleep!" The bustling world outside had nothing to do with Qin Ze now.

After washing up, he lay on the soft, fresh bed. After staring at the ceiling for a while, drowsiness gradually overtook him.

Time passed, and Nine Treasures City finally quieted down. Only the streetlights remained, illuminating the road home for those who had worked late into the night.

Every one of these countless spheres of light sealed an item Qin Ze could not understand.

When Qin Ze turned around and looked at the spheres behind him, two especially unusual pieces of equipment appeared before his eyes, startling him.

"Blade of the Famous: Fate! Revival Armor!"

"What exactly is going on?" Qin Ze muttered inwardly, turning again and again to look at the spheres of light.

He had always assumed this was because of some system. But after repeated attempts to test it, he knew perfectly well that no system had attached itself to him. So what were these weapons and pieces of equipment?

Just as Qin Ze was lost in confusion, the sound of an electric current suddenly rang out. He looked toward its source, and an immensely powerful gale instantly blasted against his face.

Qin Ze instinctively raised his hand in front of him while bending his body slightly forward.

"Damn it, what happened?" The gale's violent impact drove Qin Ze several meters back.

Seven spheres of light had fallen from the Firmament like meteors, landing before him. A glow resembling an energy shield flickered across their surfaces, making them appear translucent.

Each sphere contained a piece of equipment: Charged Gauntlets, Sun Corona, Swift Strike Spear, Berserk Twin Blades, Storm Greatsword, Meteor, and Cloud Piercing Bow.

Qin Ze took in all seven spheres, but his gaze ultimately settled on the one containing Meteor.

Meteor had a whirlpool-like outer edge, with a mysterious material resembling a red crystal embedded in its center.

A sharp aura radiated from Meteor.

"Meteor!!!" Qin Ze stared blankly at the equipment before him and muttered instinctively.

Yes, this was one of the components that could be combined into the Shadow Axe—Meteor!

Looking at Meteor, Qin Ze fell into a brief daze, yet he also felt a trace of belonging. At least this thing, like him, was a transmigrator.

Qin Ze stepped forward a few paces and cautiously extended a hand, intending to touch the sphere containing Meteor.

Soon, his fingertips touched the halo surrounding the sphere. The next second, the sphere began to shake violently. Qin Ze immediately sensed trouble and hurriedly retreated.

The Soul Bone had actually detached from his body on its own in such a bizarre manner. Qin Ze could hardly believe what he was seeing. Once a Soul Bone was absorbed, it would never detach again unless the limb that had absorbed it was cut off.

Within the space, a faint tremor sounded from Meteor. The tremor was like a magnet, drawing the Soul Bone toward Meteor.

Though Qin Ze still did not understand, he had calmed down.

The Soul Bone slowly pressed against the sphere containing Meteor. Before long, the sphere that resembled a seal began to dissipate, gradually revealing the Meteor inside.

Buzzzzz!

After the sphere containing Meteor changed, the other six spheres seemed to receive an order and flew directly upward, returning to the dome where countless spheres of light floated.

In the end, only Meteor remained on the ground.

Qin Ze paid no attention to any of this. At that moment, his body and mind were wholly focused on Meteor.

Soon, a miraculous scene unfolded. Meteor gradually fused into the Soul Bone, the two becoming one.

In the end, all that remained before Qin Ze was that Soul Bone.

Within the Soul Bone, a sharp aura continued to spill forth.

"Whoosh!" As Qin Ze was thinking, the Soul Bone transformed into a black streak of light once more and shot into his body.

Everything happened too quickly. Qin Ze did not even have time to react.

On the bed, Qin Ze abruptly opened his eyes and quickly sat up. He looked around, and when he saw the burgundy carpet and blue crystal chandelier, he immediately understood that he had left the illusory space. Wiping the sweat from his forehead, Qin Ze sat on the soft bed and turned his head toward the window.

The sky was already beginning to brighten. In the early morning, birds had started to sing as well.

Qin Ze no longer felt sleepy. He got out of bed, walked to the window, and greedily took in a breath of the fresh morning air.

People were already moving about on the streets, while the Soul Tool streetlamps had been switched off.

Suddenly, someone knocked on the door.

Qin Ze walked over and opened it.

A woman stood outside the door. She was the maid who had brought Qin Ze to the Nine Treasures Hotel yesterday.

Before Qin Ze could speak, he saw that quite a few people were already standing in the hotel corridor, all of them young children.
