On a barren, desolate planet in the Me3 Triangulum Galaxy.
The little girl in a red tutu stood atop a tall rock.
Below the rock were countless alien creatures with equally long limbs, their bodies covered in festering sores that constantly bubbled and oozed pus.
They looked like Mud Monsters, but they were not vicious.
Their bodies pressed tightly together. Their eyes held confusion and uncertainty as they looked at one another, seemingly at a complete loss.
"Um..."
A Mud Monster gathered its courage and asked tentatively, "High-level Being Bulin, may I ask why you have come to our planet?"
In the Mud Monsters' eyes, this strange creature in a red dress had just descended from nowhere atop a cloud.
She had to be one of those legendary High-level Beings from the cosmos.
Bulin stood on the rock and gazed into the distant sky. Four million kilometers away from this planet was an exceptionally bright blue spot of light.
As she spoke.
Bright blue light suddenly erupted from both sides of that spot, spreading outward in cones. It flashed abruptly, then vanished just as abruptly.
Bulin pointed at the Mud Monsters. "The reason your bodies have become like this is because you are too close and have been exposed to that celestial body's radiation for a long time."
Bulin paused, slowly placing her hands on her hips and narrowing her eyes. "So, Bulin has decided to help you solve this problem once and for all!"
