These are Soaring Shells, which allow people to jump freely. These are Laser Shells, which can fire lasers. These are Flame Shells, which can release flames..."
Apophis paused slightly, then emphasized, "Lastly, there are Slash Shells, Impact Shells, and Repel Waves that can absorb and release slashing impacts. Their maximum limit is one of my normal slashes."
As soon as Apophis finished speaking, the pirates around him instantly lit up with excitement.
The previous shells had merely seemed novel and interesting to them, but the Repel Waves at the end nearly made them unable to suppress their urge to go wild.
The storage limit might only be one of Apophis's ordinary slashes, but the truth was that most people did not have the ability to withstand even a single slash from him.
Obtaining one would practically mean gaining an extra trump card to save their lives.
The only flaw was that once they used up that slash, things would become awkward. Were they supposed to ask Apophis to recharge it? They did not believe he offered such excellent after-sales service.
But from another perspective...
