Uchiha Madara defeated the Ninja Allied Forces but delayed pursuing them into the otherworld while he investigated the power behind Sasuke’s escape. In the otherworld, the displaced shinobi learned that finding Naruto might help them defeat Madara, while their dwindling Chakra and the Raikage’s true intentions raised new questions.

• Uchiha Madara said he would first investigate the Ninja World before pursuing the survivors through the passage.
• Kakashi, Darui, Sasuke, and the others restrained powerful sword-wielding baboons and took shelter in an old castle.
• Tobirama said Madara would not recklessly enter the otherworld, and Sasuke revealed he had received part of the Sage of Six Paths’ power.
• Sasuke said finding Naruto, who held the other part of that power, might let them defeat Uchiha Madara, but Tobirama warned that returning home could expose them to Madara.
• The First Hokage explained that the reanimated Hokage’s Chakra could not recover because the otherworld lacked Chakra, and Kakashi asked Darui to explain the Raikage’s real intentions.

Darui explained that the five Kage favored friendly exchange with the other world, while Hawk Eyes confronted the newcomers over his injured pets and occupied castle. A surprise attack destroyed his home, and Hawk Eyes answered with a slash that split the island, leaving both sides wary of each other’s strength.

• Darui told Sakura and the others that the Kage’s friendly stance had been concealed from Uchiha Madara, and Inoichi Yamanaka began using Mind Transmission Jutsu to share his understanding of the other world’s language.
• Hawk Eyes returned to find strangers inside his castle and accused them of injuring his baboons and taking his home.
• Darui tried to smooth things over, but Sasuke suggested capturing Hawk Eyes, and the two sides grew tense.
• Rasa attacked with Magnetic Sand Burial, collapsing the castle, as the Reanimation Jutsu army caught up and the Kage’s forces fought back.
• Hawk Eyes drew Black Blade 'Night' and unleashed a massive slash that shattered Hashirama’s Fivefold Rashomon, split the island, and carved a wound through the sea.

Sasuke and Hawk Eyes fought until Hashirama stopped them, then a fleet from the United Government arrived with Garp and Kizaru. Uchiha Madara summoned a meteorite, which Kizaru and Garp destroyed, leaving the assembled ninjas stunned by the strength of this world’s fighters.

• Sasuke entered Perfect Susanoo Mode and clashed with Hawk Eyes until Hashirama ordered them to stop.
• Hashirama told Hawk Eyes that the visitors had come in peace and warned that their enemies could endanger the world, but Hawk Eyes pointed to the approaching fleet.
• Garp and Kizaru arrived with the United Government fleet, and Hawk Eyes said the government’s power ruled this world.
• Uchiha Madara revealed that he had read the local language from the Raikage, then summoned a meteorite as a gift for Garp and Kizaru.
• Kizaru sliced apart the first meteorite with beams, and Garp shattered another with his fist.

Garp, Kizaru, and the Ninja Allied Forces battled Uchiha Madara and the reanimated ninjas, but many enemies escaped before the groups agreed to travel together to find the Eight-Tails and Nine-Tails. Otsutsuki Urashiki and Otsutsuki Kinshiki secretly followed them, while a mechanical Den Den Mushi watched from space.

• Uchiha Madara used Universal Pull and Almighty Push against Garp, but Kizaru struck him with a light-speed kick and Garp emerged unharmed.
• Uchiha Madara ordered the reanimated ninjas to flee, and nearly a third escaped despite the Ninja Allied Forces' efforts to stop them.
• Hashirama Senju apologized for the trouble, then agreed to travel with Garp and Kizaru to find the Eight-Tails and Nine-Tails before Madara could capture them.
• Garp invited Hawk Eyes to join the journey to the Holy Land, and Hawk Eyes accepted after seeing the ruined island.

Longinus planned to capture both the Ten-Tails and Kaguya Otsutsuki, deciding to reveal some of his strength in a controlled way. Meanwhile, Garp’s visitors learned more about the Sea Kings before the warship reached Spring Queen City, where Garp planned to buy Rainbow Senbei for his supposed friend Sengoku.

• Longinus considered Kaguya Otsutsuki’s dimensional escape ability a threat and decided he needed to make the ninjas lower their guard around him.
• The visitors were shocked to learn that the United Government kept over a hundred thousand large and medium Sea Kings, along with a few dozen Super Giant Sea Kings.
• Garp’s heavy pat forced Kiba to use the Substitution Jutsu, and Garp compared him unfavorably to the training he had put his young grandson through.
• Garp announced that the warship would stop at Spring Queen City, then claimed he needed to buy Rainbow Senbei for his friend Sengoku.

Garp left the ship to explore, while the shinobi worried that the marines were underestimating the Ten-Tails threat. A rebel disguised as Akatsuchi attacked Kizaru, but Kizaru survived and killed him; afterward, Bamund guided the shinobi through Spring Queen City and praised the United Government and the mysterious man who had changed his beliefs.

• Garp jumped off the deck, and Shikamaru told the others to rest while Sasuke insisted they should search for Naruto because Madara could destroy both worlds.
• Kizaru dismissed the shinobi's warnings about the Ten-Tails, and Cannis, disguised as Akatsuchi, attacked him with a sword.

• Bamund praised Longinus, but Sasuke insulted him, provoking an angry crowd that chased Kakashi and the others into an alley.
• Bamund recounted Longinus’s early achievements, and Sasuke revealed that his brother Itachi had wiped out the Uchiha Clan at thirteen.
• Bamund took the group to the Saint Poplar Revolution Memorial Hall, where they saw recordings of the Celestial Dragons’ rule.
• Bamund explained that Longinus had united people across the world through his acts of compassion and became their beloved hero.
• Kakashi asked how the war ended, and Bamund said Longinus defeated the god at the cost of his life.

Bamund showed Kakashi and the others footage of Longinus fighting a devastating battle against God, while Urashiki and Kinshiki watched and reassessed their plans. At the port, Lone Redfield defeated Sasuke in one strike, leaving Sasuke to learn how vast the gap was between him and the old powerhouses.

• Bamund played footage of giant monsters and catastrophic battles, revealing Longinus and God’s clash and the destruction caused by Pluton.
• Kakashi and the others learned that Longinus died in the battle but returned from the Underworld to lead the United Government.
• Urashiki and Kinshiki decided to seek help from an enemy of their enemies while pursuing the Eight-Tails and Nine-Tails.
• At the Port of St. Poplar, Lone Redfield pierced Sasuke’s Complete Body Susanoo and sent him flying while carrying someone.

Redfield defeated Urashiki and Kinshiki, then agreed to help them target the Eight-Tails and Nine-Tails while exploiting the government’s blind spots. Uchiha Madara learned of the plan and decided to draw the government’s attention himself during the operation.

• Urashiki and Kinshiki entered Redfield’s hidden base inside a Sea King and tried to requisition his organization.
• Redfield overwhelmed both Otsutsuki, then heard their request for help finding the Eight-Tails and Nine-Tails.
• Redfield warned that the government knew outsiders were coming and proposed using Reanimated ninjas to lure its forces away before the Otsutsuki attacked the Holy Land.
• Redfield spoke with Black Zetsu after Urashiki and Kinshiki left, while Uchiha Madara listened from another world.

Naruto and Killer B discovered that Uchiha Madara had taken control of the Ninja Allied Forces and was attacking Sabaody Archipelago. Three Marines confronted Madara’s forces, and the chapter ended with Fujitora revealing that he had accidentally thrown Madara’s summoned meteors back into space.

• Naruto and Killer B recognized Nagato’s revived summons rampaging through the city and realized the Ninja Allied Forces might have been defeated.
• Uchiha Madara appeared with revived Kage and Akatsuki members, while Naruto demanded to know what had happened to Tsunade and Kakashi.

• Madara sent reanimated shinobi to attack Akainu’s group, and Fujitora used gravity to suppress their attacks.
• Akainu’s Haki damaged the reanimated bodies, prompting Madara to use Nagato’s body to summon a Truth-Seeking Orb.
• Naruto warned Akainu that the orb could erase anything it touched, and Akainu tried to evade it with magma.

As he tried to escape with them behind a Truth-Seeking Orb barrier, an unknown figure shattered the barrier with one punch and slammed him into the ground.

• Uchiha Madara sent White Zetsu clones across the Sabaody Archipelago, prompting Aokiji and the others to leave the battlefield and save civilians.
• Naruto learned that Minato Namikaze and the other reinforcements were approaching, but Uchiha Madara cast Super Planetary Devastation and sealed Naruto and Killer B inside its meteorite.
• Minato Namikaze and the others arrived as Uchiha Madara shielded the meteorite with a Truth-Seeking Orb barrier and resisted their attacks.

Longinus defeated Uchiha Madara’s forces and knocked out the White Zetsu across the archipelago, leaving Madara to rethink his plans. Meanwhile, Urashiki absorbed Kinshiki to gain power, intending to rescue Momoshiki.

• Longinus used his overwhelming Aura to crush Madara’s Truth-Seeking Orb, pin him down, and knock out the reanimated ninja and White Zetsu across the islands.
• Madara abandoned Nagato’s body and returned to the Ninja World, blaming interfering gods for his defeat and vowing to eliminate them before challenging Hashirama again.
• Madara told Black Zetsu that Longinus’s strength surpassed anything he understood, but he continued with his plan to reclaim the Eight-Tails and Nine-Tails.
• Kinshiki and Urashiki emerged from hiding above the Sabaody Archipelago and feared Longinus’s power.

Longinus sparred with Might Guy aboard the warship and gauged the power of his Seven Gates technique. The exchange left Longinus unharmed, gave him a basis for estimating Uchiha Madara’s strength, and inspired him to consider a way Kaguya might deal with him.

• Might Guy challenged Longinus to a spar, and Longinus led him into the sky while showing him how to use Geppo.
• Might Guy attacked Longinus at full speed, but Longinus dodged effortlessly and sent him flying with a casual sweep.
• Longinus encouraged Might Guy to open his gates, and Might Guy unleashed the Seventh Gate’s Daytime Tiger.
• The ninjas feared Longinus had been killed, but Garp and Aokiji explained that Longinus excelled at defense.
• Longinus returned carrying Might Guy, whose bones had broken from the force rebounding off Longinus, and estimated Uchiha Madara’s strength from the attack.

Naruto and Sasuke debated how Lord Longinus had changed the world before an attacker named Urashiki ambushed them at Marineford. Urashiki sent Sasuke into another dimension and nearly defeated Naruto, until Vegapunk appeared and identified himself as the government's strongest weapon.

• Naruto and Sasuke read books about Longinus in the Grand Library, argued about how to save the Ninja World, and were expelled for disturbing the peace.
• Naruto decided that written words could change people's hearts and resolved to write a book.
• An earthquake struck Marineford, and Urashiki ambushed Sasuke, bound him with a red fishing line, and kicked him into another dimension.
• Naruto fought Urashiki with Kurama's power and a barrage of Shadow Clone Rasengan, but Urashiki bound him and prepared to finish him.
• Explosions erupted inside Urashiki, and Vegapunk appeared, declaring himself the government's chief scientist and strongest weapon.

Vegapunk disrupted Urashiki’s movements and destabilized his Chakra, leaving him cornered as Sasuke returned. At Marineford, Uchiha Madara attacked the assembled fighters, but Akainu countered with a magma fist that destroyed half of Madara’s body and sent him into the sea.

• Vegapunk distorted Urashiki’s perception with a magnetic field, then disrupted his Planetary Devastation by making his blood and Chakra go berserk.
• Sasuke emerged from a ripple in space as Urashiki realized his escape route could be interrupted.
• Uchiha Madara demanded Longinus’s presence, then unleashed Sage Art: Yin Lightning Style and Million Thunder against the fighters gathered at Marineford.
• Enel absorbed Madara’s lightning, and Madara sent his Truth-Seeking Orbs after Akainu, Bald Qiang, and the others.
• Akainu flew toward Madara and struck him with Sage Art: Great Eruption, breaking Madara’s black membrane and destroying half his body.

Akainu and Uchiha Madara resumed their battle as the gathered forces struggled to stop Madara’s meteors and attacks. When Madara trapped the battlefield in a shrinking barrier and prepared a devastating blast, Akainu called down the Star Crusher Cannon, which engulfed Madara and tore through the sea and earth.

• Uchiha Madara emerged from the sea and challenged Akainu after learning he had mastered Sage Art.
• Madara summoned dozens of meteors, so Hashirama Senju and the government forces went to stop them while Akainu and the others stayed to fight Madara.
• Madara overwhelmed Akainu in close combat and blocked attacks from the other Logia users with Limbo shadows.
• Akainu unleashed magma from the ocean and earth, and Madara countered it with a tsunami before the two clashed again.

As the resurrected fighters learned how much the world had changed, Whitebeard unleashed a tsunami, Golden Lion raised floating islands, and a dragon appeared above the battlefield.

• Uchiha Madara regenerated after using Izanagi to survive Longinus’s attack and warned that the same strike would not catch him again.
• Uchiha Madara used Reanimation Jutsu to summon Whitebeard, Roger, Golden Lion, Kaido, Big Mom, the Five Elders, and other figures from Akainu’s world.
• Itachi and Akainu realized someone had provided Uchiha Madara with genetic information from powerful people who had died in the other world.
• Garp told the resurrected pirates that Longinus had killed God, ended Roger’s Great Pirate Era, and become the government’s revered leader.
• Uchiha Madara threatened to erase the summoned fighters’ consciousnesses unless they joined the battle, and Whitebeard answered by unleashing a massive tsunami.

Uchiha Madara infiltrated the central building and repeatedly attacked the sleeping Longinus, but could not harm him. As the others arrived and saw Madara’s futile assault, Longinus woke and declared that he had foreseen Madara’s destruction and the destruction of his world.

• Uchiha Madara swapped places with his shadow, sneaked into the central building, and found Longinus asleep in a conference room.
• Uchiha Madara struck Longinus with Yin Lightning Style and a black rod, but Longinus remained unharmed, so Madara unleashed a furious barrage of attacks.
• Outside, the revived fighters’ Conqueror’s Haki overwhelmed the government forces, while the battlefield’s participants noticed explosions erupting from the central building.
• Momonga and Fujitora realized the Madara fighting outside was a shadow, and Akainu and the others rushed toward the building.
• The group found Uchiha Madara attacking the motionless Longinus, who woke and told him he had foreseen the destruction of Madara and his world.

Longinus defeated Uchiha Madara’s attempt to escape and revealed that Madara’s pursuit of the Infinite Tsukuyomi was part of a lie meant to prepare the way for a powerful being. Madara learned that Black Zetsu had been manipulating him, but resolved to carry out the Infinite Tsukuyomi anyway.

• Longinus told Madara that the Infinite Tsukuyomi was a scam and that Madara’s life had been controlled by someone else, then smashed Madara’s face as he tried to escape.
• Longinus and Kakashi entered Madara’s alternate dimension but found only blood after Madara used it to flee.
• Naruto returned safely with Sasuke and Vegapunk, while Longinus told the gathered ninja that the Otsutsuki Clan had appeared and promised to explain the truth.
• Madara learned from Black Zetsu that the Otsutsuki member had been captured, then dodged Black Zetsu’s attempted sneak attack.

Uchiha Madara’s Infinite Tsukuyomi released Princess Kaguya, who learned that powerful beings threatened her and set out to reclaim her power in another world. At Marineford, Longinus agreed to become the vessel for Kaguya after the assembled ninja concluded that only he could safely contain her.

• Uchiha Madara cast the Infinite Tsukuyomi, but the Divine Tree pierced him and Kaguya emerged from his body.
• Black Zetsu told Kaguya that part of her power had gone to another world, and she learned that three Otsutsuki had arrived and that an even greater power stood behind them.
• Longinus told the meeting at Marineford that Kaguya was immortal and could only be sealed with Six Paths: Chibaku Tensei, a technique requiring two wielders of Yin–Yang Power.
• Sasuke explained that sealing Kaguya required a powerful, strong-willed vessel, and the ninja turned to Longinus as their best choice.
• Sasuke and the ninja pleaded with Longinus to accept Kaguya’s power, and Longinus agreed to bear the evil for the future of the world.

Hashirama Senju resolved that Konoha’s ideals could survive even if its village form changed, while Tobirama Senju struggled to accept his brother’s plan. An enormous allied force confronted Kaguya Otsutsuki, and Longinus overwhelmed her before ordering a full-scale attack on her transformed form.

• Hashirama Senju explained to Tobirama Senju that changing Konoha’s form could preserve the Will of Fire and bring peace.
• An alarm sounded, and Kaguya Otsutsuki arrived with Black Zetsu as a massive military force assembled to meet her.
• Kaguya Otsutsuki attacked Sasuke with All-Killing Ash Bones, but Longinus blocked her strike and took her on as his opponent.
• Longinus knocked Kaguya Otsutsuki into the sea with a barrage of blows, and she transformed into a giant rabbit-shaped monster.
• Longinus ordered all units to fire, and artillery from the sea, sky, and space engulfed Evil Rabbit Kaguya.

Longinus defeated Kaguya Otsutsuki with help from the assembled fighters, then absorbed her sealed will and gained the power he had been seeking. He looked toward the stars and prepared to begin a new expedition.
