"Vice Admiral Garp?" Quite a few people turned uncertain, startled gazes toward Garp.

They had heard of former Marine Admiral Zephyr's teaching abilities, but did Garp the Hero have that talent too?

Seeing their doubtful looks, Garp folded his arms and glared back at each of them with wide eyes. "What? Was there something wrong with what I said? Besides Dragon, I personally trained Longinus too!"

Everyone suddenly jolted. Come to think of it, wasn't the leader's signature ability his Iron Fist?

And there was Straw Hat Luffy, supposedly Vice Admiral Garp's grandson. He had gained that much strength after just two years at sea. Surely that was thanks to Vice Admiral Garp's training too?

At that thought, many people began looking at Garp with burning enthusiasm. If they entrusted their children to Vice Admiral Garp, did that mean they could produce the next Great Leader?

Or, lowering their expectations a little, someone like Dragon would do. If even that was out of reach, they could reluctantly accept someone like Straw Hat Luffy!

"Although I'm not sure how the leader intends to organize education, I think putting Vice Admiral Garp in charge sounds like an excellent proposal!"

"Haha! I support letting Vice Admiral Garp run education too!"

When Garp gave them an approving look, the two kings who had spoken first were thrilled. They couldn't help wondering which son they should send to Vice Admiral Garp for training first.

Seeing this, the others also chimed in to flatter Garp.

"Vice Admiral Garp truly lives up to his reputation as a great educator!"

"Sorry for the trouble, Vice Admiral Garp. We'll be relying on your continued efforts!"

"Ahahaha! See that?" Garp smugly slapped Sengoku's shoulder hard. "That's what you call the voice of the people!"

Sengoku covered his eyes in despair.
