When the dragon's roar echoed through the entire tunnel and reached everyone's ears, Lilithia cried out almost reflexively.
Dragons, creatures standing at the pinnacle of monsters, were utterly monstrous even on the Akasha Continent. Even Sword Saints feared them. In the Source World, they inevitably stood at the top of the food chain as well. Not only Source Life, but even most Abyss Creatures kept their distance from dragons.
To hunt a true dragon species, even Amber Rank strength was somewhat insufficient. Only Gem Rank Saints stood a chance.
Thus, the moment they heard the dragon's roar, not only Lilithia but everyone else tensed up.

"No, that isn't a true dragon species."

"It's a Subspecies Dragon - Earth Dragon."

It possessed the same savage body as a dragon, a reptilian face, and scales covering its entire body. Its four limbs were thick and powerful, while its long tail resembled a lizard's, whipping up howling gusts whenever it swept through the air.
Compared to a true giant dragon, the only thing an Earth Dragon lacked was a pair of wings.
As a subspecies dragon that lived upon the land and had been rejected by the sky, Earth Dragons had no wings.
Therefore, an Earth Dragon looked much like a Tyrannosaurus rex, except it had a pair of Dragon Horns, its forelimbs were not tiny, and it did not move on two legs alone. Instead, it walked on all fours, looking exactly like an oversized lizard.
