Unlike the Akasha Continent, which was flourishing amid reconstruction, this place resembled a post-apocalyptic wasteland after destruction.
Darkness, filth, evil, bloodshed... all manner of negative forces wandered here, mingled with the ever-present Abyss Aura. It was, in every sense, a forbidden zone for life.
This place was even more desolate than the Hungry Great Wilderness, which had now become ruins. Other than Abyss Creatures, no living thing could truly survive here for long.
However, compared to the past, conditions here had improved considerably.
In the past, because Mistergo contained a rift connected to the Abyss, creatures from the Abyss could cross through it at any time. As a result, the number of Abyss Creatures on this land had never decreased and had even shown signs of growing. If powerful Abyss Creatures had not found it difficult to pass through the rift, this land would have long since become part of the Abyss.
But now, with the rift sealed and the passage gone, creatures from the Abyss could no longer come over. The Abyss Creatures here had practically become rootless duckweed; every one that died meant one fewer remained.
If one ignored matters such as reproduction, then at this rate, the Abyss Creatures on this land would eventually grow fewer and fewer until they disappeared completely.
