To earn that title at Lv.6, Allen was terrifying in a sense.

Why?

Simple.

Because if he had earned that title, it meant that in the field of "speed," even Ottar could not match him.

That was no small matter.

Certainly, many in the Loki Familia held titles as the city's best, but the fields in which they excelled did not conflict with Ottar's.

Ais was indeed the City Strongest female swordsman, but Labyrinth City Orario did not have only female swordsmen. There were male swordsmen as well. And though Ottar wielded a greatsword, strictly speaking, he was not a swordsman but a warrior. A sword was merely his most commonly used weapon; it was not as though he became useless without one.

Riveria was likewise the city's strongest mage, but magic was not Ottar's specialty. It was understandable for him to be surpassed in that regard.

The same went for Riezel. As the city's strongest Magic Swordsman, whether in swordsmanship or magic, his strengths lay in fields Ottar did not specialize in. They were not Ottar's strengths, so there was no conflict with the City Strongest.

Allen's field was different.

Ottar's Agility had been at Stage S before he leveled up, with a proficiency as high as 989—nearly at the limit of Ability Values.

If he could train his Agility to that level at Lv.7, then his Agility in the previous six levels could not possibly have been low.

The latent potential accumulated from all that Agility was easy to imagine. Forget those below his level—even among those of the same level, the number of people who could surpass Ottar in speed could be counted on one hand.
