Half a minute later, Riezel learned from Lilith what had happened on her end.

"So they pulled this move?"

Upon learning that Sorok really was connected to that mysterious faction, that Magic Dolls had even appeared, and that Sorok himself had swapped identities with one of them and used it as his double, Riezel immediately narrowed his eyes.

"Did you search the Magic Dolls' memories?"

One of Riezel's hands was still pressed against his temple as he questioned Lilith through Message.

"I did."

Lilith, who could use Memory Manipulation magic, had clearly left some survivors behind to extract information from.

Unfortunately, the gains seemed limited.

"I only learned two things from these Magic Dolls' memories."

"First, they don't know Sorok Ginas's whereabouts. They only know that the person who brought them here ordered them to obey Sorok Ginas from now on."

"Second, the one who brought them to Royal Capital Yeluf was a black-robed person whose appearance they did not know. That person was Sorok Ginas's direct contact and is most likely with Sorok Ginas at the moment."

Lilith relayed all the information she had obtained to Riezel.

"Also, the purpose of their visit remains unknown. The black-robed leader never revealed their true objective, and Sorok Ginas apparently could not be bothered to explain to these Magic Dolls what he intended to do."

"The only certainty is that Sorok Ginas has indeed colluded with members of that mysterious faction."

"He even obtained new power from them."

Hearing that, Riezel immediately thought of that cold, sinister energy.

If Sorok had gained some new power, that was the only thing Riezel could think of.

That power truly was dangerous, and much about it still remained mysterious.
