When Riezel stepped out of the Stalactite Cave, he finally understood why this place had become the Tistis Tribe's homeland.

The Stalactite Cave was not the entirety of these tribal lands, but merely one part of them.

Led by Yanifei, Riezel left the Stalactite Cave and arrived in an Ice Field.

Riezel froze as he looked at the Ice Field before him.

The Ice Field was not large, roughly the size of a small village, yet it was filled with buildings.

Those buildings were ice houses, each one crystal-clear and rather pleasing to the eye.

Around the ice houses lay all kinds of abandoned tools, furniture, carts, straw, and rusted iron utensils. From these things, one could vaguely tell that this had once been a place that was not particularly lively, yet very warm.

Riezel even saw several places resembling sheep pens. They had likely once housed beasts unique to the north—perhaps ordinary animals, perhaps monsters—but they too were in ruins, with not a single animal inside.

Naturally, there was no sign of human habitation within the ice houses either, leaving the entire Snow Village deserted.

As she looked at the Snow Village, a trace of nostalgia and reminiscence surfaced in Yanifei's cold golden eyes.

Yet she did not linger in those memories for long. As though she had long since cast aside everything connected to this place, she headed toward the village.
