Ch. 161Nuclear Explosion

Li Feng’s prolonged use of Loki’s Mask amplified his suppressed desires and Inner Demon until he unleashed a Nuclear Reaction Fireball in a populated area. After seeing the devastation, he removed the mask and realized he had caused the deaths of many people.

  • Li Feng reflected on his childhood dreams of martial arts and how his magical abilities in the Marvel Universe seemed to fulfill them.
  • Li Feng’s use of Loki’s Mask gradually strengthened his Inner Demon by reading his heart and altering his personality, while he ignored Kreacher’s warnings.
  • After studying nuclear physics for over half a year, Li Feng created a Nuclear Reaction Fireball while wearing Loki’s Mask.
  • Li Feng lost control of the Fireball and cast it into the distance, then watched from the Mirror Dimension as it exploded and killed pedestrians while destroying buildings.
  • Li Feng removed the mask and asked whether he had caused the disaster, and Kreacher confirmed that he had cast the spell.

Ch. 162"Kreacher, Run~"

Li Feng struggled with guilt and violent impulses after his Nuclear Reaction Fireball devastated Las Vegas, then fled with Kreacher when Loki arrived. Loki’s freezing spell struck Kreacher as they escaped, leaving Li Feng carrying his injured companion through a Transdimensional Portal.

  • Li Feng watched the explosion’s destruction and lingering radiation in Las Vegas but stayed silent as rescue workers approached.
  • Li Feng considered killing Kreacher to conceal his responsibility, then abandoned the idea as the scarlet glow in his eyes faded.
  • Kreacher pointed out the scarlet glow, and Li Feng’s Conscience and Malice appeared as opposing voices argued over how he should handle the disaster.
  • Kreacher sensed a Mage approaching, and Li Feng recognized Loki before opening a Portal and shouting for Kreacher to run.
  • Loki fired a tracking and freezing spell at the closing Portal, but Kreacher shielded Li Feng and took the freezing spell into his arm and body.
  • Li Feng carried the nearly frozen Kreacher through a Transdimensional Portal.

Ch. 163Bob Escapes

Li Feng returned from The Mask's world, salvaged Divine Power into the mask, and reunited with Kreacher before learning Banner had left to travel. Coulson then sought Li Feng's help locating Bob, whose photos showed him transformed into a swirling black whirlwind.

  • Li Feng transferred the Divine Power in Kreacher's ice into the mask, then freed Kreacher and revived him with Life Spring Water.
  • Li Feng returned to the cabin and read Banner's letter, which said Banner had left on a trip and warned that General Ross had entered politics.
  • Coulson arrived and asked Li Feng when he had last seen Bob, explaining that Bob had fled S.H.I.E.L.D.'s surveillance to Mexico.
  • Coulson showed Li Feng photos of Bob wrapped in a black whirlwind, revealing that Bob had taken on his Demon form.

Ch. 164Wind Demon, Abigail

Li Feng learned that Abigail, a Wind Demon, had possessed Bob and worried that the Demon’s full strength could expose him to Mephisto and the Ancient One. He agreed to work with Coulson and S.H.I.E.L.D. to find Abigail in Mexico, where Fury sent a team to join them.

  • Coulson confronted Li Feng with a photo of Bob surrounded by black wind, and Li Feng identified Abigail as a Wind Demon known to the Sanctum Sorcerers.
  • Li Feng realized Abigail had grown stronger through his adjustment to the Living Corpse and feared the Demon could reveal his role to Mephisto or the Ancient One.
  • Coulson asked Li Feng about Abigail’s powers, and Li Feng warned that physical attacks would not work because Abigail could turn into wind.
  • Li Feng agreed to let Coulson accompany him to Mexico and use S.H.I.E.L.D.’s resources to locate Abigail, but warned Coulson to keep his distance from the Demon.
  • Coulson called Fury and requested support, and Fury dispatched snipers and Melinda May to join the mission.
  • A cloaked Quinjet appeared over the lake, and a five-person Special Operations Unit arrived with three researchers in lab coats.

Ch. 165Indenture Contract

Li Feng gave Coulson and the Special Operations Unit Amulets to protect them from Demons, then invited Coulson and Melinda to view his magical collection under a secrecy contract. The chapter ended with both agents signing what Li Feng privately admitted was really an Indenture Contract.

  • Li Feng summoned Kreacher to prepare protective Amulets for the three S.H.I.E.L.D. researchers and asked Coulson to record a favor owed.
  • Melinda revealed that Fury had assigned her to the mission, and Coulson explained that Li Feng’s earlier actions had caused her first field-mission failure.
  • Li Feng offered Coulson and Melinda a chance to view his collection if they signed a Magic Contract promising secrecy.
  • Li Feng led the agents into his enormous motorhome, where Coulson told Grant Ward to distribute the Amulets.
  • Coulson and Melinda signed the contract, while Li Feng privately recognized it as an Indenture Contract.

Ch. 166Control

Li Feng secretly planted control spells in Coulson and Melinda while they toured his magical collection, then erased their memories. He lent Coulson the Night God's Mask for Melinda to use, warning that it could turn suppressed emotions into dangerous realities.

  • Li Feng showed Coulson and Melinda his collection, where they recognized the revived Abomination as his obedient, immortal Mummy bodyguard.
  • Li Feng sealed the room in the Mirror Dimension, immobilized Coulson and Melinda, and planted magical control seeds in both of them with Runes as safeguards.
  • Li Feng erased their memories and restored their belief that they had simply toured the collection.
  • Coulson asked how to fight Demons, and Li Feng gave him the Night God's Mask, explaining that it granted Divine Power at the cost of lifespan and could manifest suppressed emotions.
  • Coulson asked to borrow the mask so Melinda could decide whether to use it, and Li Feng agreed on condition that she accept his examination afterward.

Ch. 167Ghost Rider

Li Feng explained the Night God's Mask's risks to Melinda, including the possibility of an Inner Demon, while S.H.I.E.L.D. tracked Bob to Texas. After the team reached Bob's last known location, Li Feng spotted a report about Ghost Rider and realized why Bob had come there.

  • Coulson warned Melinda that the Night God's Mask drained life force and amplified suppressed emotions, and Li Feng explained that it could create an Inner Demon.
  • Li Feng described how the mask had caused his own violent Inner Demon, then Melinda accepted the risks of trying it briefly.
  • Ward found surveillance footage showing Bob leaving a Texas town three days earlier, and Coulson asked Li Feng to take the team there.
  • Li Feng opened a Portal using the footage to picture the destination, and Melinda drove the motorhome through it to Texas.
  • Coulson sent agents to search for clues while Ward checked local news in the motorhome, and Li Feng noticed a report of a burning Skeleton-headed man.
  • Li Feng recognized Ghost Rider and told Ward to bring Coulson back because he believed he knew why Bob had come to Texas.

Ch. 168San Venganza

Li Feng told Coulson and Melinda that Abigail was likely working for a powerful Demon and used a crystal ball to point them toward the previous Ghost Rider in Mexico. After Ward identified Johnny Blaze as the current Ghost Rider, Coulson decided to seek out the previous Rider and his scroll before the escaped Demon could cause a disaster.

  • Coulson and Melinda told Li Feng that Abigail was a Demon who had brutally killed people, including a child.
  • Li Feng explained that Ghost Rider hunted Demons and suggested Abigail had been recruited by a more powerful Demon who had entered the human world.
  • Li Feng pretended to divine the previous Ghost Rider's location, describing an elderly cemetery caretaker in Mexico who kept a horse.
  • Ward found a Mexican cemetery with a caretaker and discovered that Johnny Blaze was the burning-skull figure known as Ghost Rider.
  • Li Feng revealed that the previous Ghost Rider possessed a scroll that would attract the escaped Demon, and Melinda set out to find the caretaker.

Ch. 169Do You Swear?

Li Feng confronted Carter Slade at the Gravedigger's Cabin, where an angel-like feather weakened the former Ghost Rider and drew Johnny Blaze to the group. Carter Slade remained wary of Li Feng's plan to deliver the Scroll of San Venganza to Leono, and the chapter ended with him demanding that Li Feng swear to do it.

  • Li Feng and Coulson discussed how sunlight might limit Johnny Blaze and Ghost Rider before Li Feng called Carter Slade out of his cabin.
  • Carter Slade sensed the darkness in Li Feng's Mana and warned him, while Coulson learned that Carter knew Johnny Blaze and that there were other Ghost Riders.
  • Johnny Blaze arrived as Li Feng revealed a Pseudo-Angel Feather, which weakened Carter Slade and prompted Ward to wonder whether Heaven existed.
  • Li Feng described Leono as a shut-in pseudo-angel and implied that he was carrying the Scroll of San Venganza to her, then took Carter's hollow shovel.
  • Carter Slade asked Li Feng for Leono's Holy Water, and Li Feng summoned Kreacher to bring some for him to inspect.
  • Carter Slade asked Li Feng to swear on his Mana that he would deliver the scroll to Leono, but Li Feng avoided swearing and offered him the Holy Water instead.

Ch. 170Carter Slade's Doom

Li Feng deceived Carter Slade into entering the Mirror Dimension, where he weakened the Ghost Rider and began extracting his Hellfire. Carter Slade realized Li Feng had anticipated his escape plans and understood that his doom had come.

  • Carter Slade agreed to accompany Li Feng to meet Leono, while warning Johnny Blaze to keep away from friends and family because Witch Demon might threaten them.
  • Li Feng asked Johnny Blaze whether he had killed Abigail, and Johnny said the Wind Demon had escaped after being badly injured.
  • Li Feng led Carter Slade through a Portal to the wilderness, opened the Mirror Dimension, and struck him while attempting to separate his Astral Body from his flesh.
  • Carter Slade transformed into Ghost Rider, but the opened wooden box and remaining power left him too weak to resist Li Feng.
  • Li Feng used the Pseudo-Angel Feather, Purification Spells, and Dementors to weaken Carter Slade before extracting his Hellfire.
  • Li Feng warned Carter Slade that he knew Ghost Rider could open a Portal to Hell and prevented him from turning his skull, leaving Carter Slade certain that his doom had come.

Ch. 171This Was a Fortune

Li Feng defeated Carter Slade in the Mirror Dimension and consumed his soul, only to discover that fragments of Carter Slade’s consciousness had survived inside the Nekomata. He realized he could rebuild those fragments into a servant freed from Mephisto’s contract and eventually return Carter Slade’s Hellfire to him.

  • The Pseudo-Angel Feather weakened Wangcai and the Dementors, so Li Feng recalled them and withdrew the Scythe from Carter Slade.
  • Carter Slade asked Li Feng why he intended to destroy him, and Li Feng admitted he wanted his Hellfire while claiming Carter deserved his fate.
  • Carter Slade agreed to surrender his Hellfire if Li Feng kept the Scroll of San Venganza from Mephisto, and Li Feng promised Mephisto would never obtain its souls.
  • Li Feng killed Carter Slade with the Scythe, which consumed him into Black Mist, then sensed the Nekomata feeding on souls.
  • Li Feng discovered that Carter Slade’s soul fragments had overwhelmed the Nekomata’s ability to digest them, leaving fragments of his consciousness inside it.
  • Li Feng realized Carter Slade’s death had ended his contract with Mephisto and planned to restore his soul fragments, nurture him, and eventually return his Hellfire.

Ch. 172A Hearty Feast

Li Feng learned that Coulson and his team had encountered Witch Demon and Abigail, and that Kreacher had been badly injured protecting them. Witch Demon had escaped with Johnny Blaze’s beloved and demanded the Scroll of San Venganza, which Li Feng claimed had been destroyed; Li Feng warned that the demon could become much stronger by consuming the evil spirits inside it.

  • Li Feng returned to the motorhome and learned that Coulson had taken Kreacher to help Johnny Blaze confront Witch Demon.
  • Kreacher appeared with Coulson and the others, badly injured, and Li Feng healed him with spells and Eternal Spring.
  • Coulson explained that Kreacher had fought Abigail while Witch Demon restrained Johnny Blaze, then a Water Demon abducted Johnny Blaze’s beloved and Witch Demon demanded the Scroll of San Venganza.
  • Coulson deduced that Li Feng had taken the Scroll from Carter Slade’s shovel, and Li Feng claimed that a Pseudo-Angel had destroyed it.
  • Li Feng told Coulson that Witch Demon had no soul and might be Mephisto’s experiment, and warned that consuming the Scroll’s evil spirits would make Witch Demon powerful.
  • Li Feng thought that the Pseudo-Angel Feather and the Scythe could make Witch Demon a hearty feast.

Ch. 173Let Me See Your Flying Skills

Li Feng and Coulson planned to rescue Roxanne and defeat the Demons after Johnny Blaze arrived, but Li Feng rejected Coulson’s initial ideas and assigned Melinda to fight Water Demon. With Johnny Blaze’s Ghost Rider threatening to take control, Coulson explained their rescue plan, and the group set off for San Venganza Town, where Li Feng prepared to test Melinda’s flying skills.

  • Coulson told Li Feng that Johnny Blaze was coming for the Scroll of San Venganza, and Li Feng rejected Coulson’s proposed hostage-rescue plan.
  • Li Feng said Johnny Blaze could hold off Witch Demon while he killed Abigail, and he warned Melinda about Water Demon’s abilities.
  • Johnny Blaze arrived at the motorhome, briefly succumbed to Ghost Rider, and learned from Li Feng that the Scroll of San Venganza had been destroyed.
  • Coulson explained the plan to save Roxanne, and Johnny Blaze agreed to trust the team as they headed for San Venganza Town.
  • Li Feng asked Melinda to drive the motorhome, then challenged her to show her flying skills as he activated the flight switch.

Ch. 174San Venganza

Melinda flew Li Feng’s motorhome to San Venganza, where the team abandoned its scouting plan after Johnny Blaze charged ahead. Li Feng used Dementors to ambush Abigail and prepared to trap him in the Mirror Dimension.

  • Melinda piloted the motorhome through aerial maneuvers before landing near San Venganza, leaving the agents airsick and Li Feng’s beer spilled.
  • Coulson ordered the team to check its equipment and scout the town, but Johnny Blaze’s approach prompted the agents to move in and rescue Roxanne amid the commotion.
  • Li Feng flew ahead and followed Johnny Blaze under an Invisibility Cloak, sensing Water Demon in a pond and Abigail hiding nearby.
  • Li Feng released 365 Dementors, and Wangcai sensed four souls below; Li Feng ordered the Dementors to surround Abigail and drain his soul.
  • Johnny Blaze defeated Water Demon underwater with Hellfire, leaving Abigail momentarily stunned as the Dementors began draining his soul.
  • Li Feng used Abigail’s brief distraction to prepare to open the Mirror Dimension and pull him inside.

Ch. 175Resolving Abigail

Li Feng trapped Abigail in the Mirror Dimension and defeated him with Dementors, a time spell, and Nekomata’s Scythe. After extracting Abigail’s memories and feeding his soul to Wangcai and the other Dementors, Li Feng returned to San Venganza Town, where Witch Demon remained.

  • Li Feng opened a Portal for Johnny Blaze, but stopped Abigail from escaping the Mirror Dimension with him.
  • Abigail attacked Li Feng and tried to evade the Dementors, whose Freeze Aura and soul-draining attacks wore him down.
  • Abigail offered to become Li Feng’s master, but Li Feng refused, shrank the Mirror Dimension, and struck him with Nekomata’s Scythe.
  • Li Feng trapped Abigail in Time Stop, drank from the Eternal Spring, and extracted Abigail’s memories.
  • Wangcai and the other Dementors devoured Abigail’s soul, and Li Feng opened a Portal back to San Venganza Town, where Witch Demon remained.

Ch. 176Am I, Witch Demon, a Minor Nuisance?

Witch Demon waited in San Venganza for Johnny Blaze and the Scroll of San Venganza, hoping to build a life and territory on Earth independent of Mephisto. When Coulson arrived instead, he tried to use Roxanne as a hostage, but Coulson provoked Witch Demon by invoking Ancient One and calling him a minor nuisance, leaving Witch Demon charging at him.

  • Witch Demon reflected on his fear of Mephisto and his determination to avoid returning to Hell by gaining the Scroll of San Venganza.
  • Coulson arrived without Johnny Blaze, and Witch Demon realized that Coulson knew his subordinates were Demons.
  • Witch Demon grabbed Roxanne by the throat and challenged Coulson, who warned him that killing her could cost him the Scroll.
  • Coulson cautiously questioned Witch Demon about his plans and suggested that the Sanctum Sorcerers would not let him remain on Earth.
  • Witch Demon became alarmed when Coulson mentioned Ancient One, then grew furious when Coulson called him a minor nuisance.
  • Witch Demon threw Roxanne aside and strode toward Coulson to attack him.

Ch. 177Green-Headed Chainsaw Maniac

After Coulson rescued Roxanne, Melinda May used Loki’s Mask to battle and overpower Witch Demon, but she could not kill him. Li Feng arrived as sunrise began and Johnny Blaze approached, just as the mask’s effect threatened to end.

  • Coulson lured Witch Demon away from Roxanne, and Kreacher teleported her back to the rescue team.
  • Melinda May put on Loki’s Mask, intercepted Witch Demon, and fought him with amplified strength and oversized iron fists.
  • Melinda May pinned Witch Demon beneath a 1000T hammer, stabbed him, and attacked him with a chainsaw while Coulson recorded the fight.
  • Li Feng arrived and said sealed containers would not hold Witch Demon, then asked when sunrise would come.
  • Coulson warned that the mask’s effect could end at any moment as Johnny Blaze’s motorcycle sounded and the sun appeared on the horizon.

Ch. 178Spanking

Li Feng pulled Melinda away from Witch Demon before the sun ended her mask transformation, then joined Johnny Blaze and Roxanne in luring Witch Demon into a church. The chapter ended with Witch Demon charging into Li Feng’s trap, unaware that Dementors surrounded the church.

  • Coulson warned Li Feng that Melinda’s mask would stop working at sunrise, so Li Feng pulled her away from Witch Demon.
  • Melinda revealed that the mask had transformed her key into a Chainsaw, which reverted when sunlight ended her transformation.
  • Li Feng declined to help Johnny Blaze in the sun, but Roxanne offered to help control Ghost Rider, and Li Feng brought her to Johnny with protective Amulets.
  • Li Feng revealed that he had the Scroll of San Venganza’s Vengeful Spirits in a Gourd and baited Witch Demon into entering the church to claim it.
  • Witch Demon sprinted into the church, and Li Feng released Dementors to surround it before following him inside.

Ch. 179Witch Demon's Doom

Li Feng helped Johnny Blaze defeat Witch Demon, then trapped him in the Mirror Dimension and killed him before he could return to Hell. Outside the church, Coulson learned that Li Feng commanded a legion of Dementors and moved his team closer after the battle ended.

  • Witch Demon devoured the five Vengeful Spirits in Li Feng's Black Gourd, and Li Feng used Fiendfyre to help Ghost Rider judge him.
  • Li Feng trapped Witch Demon in the Mirror Dimension, drove a Scythe into his chest, and let Nekomata devour him as Fiendfyre burned him.
  • Johnny Blaze transformed back from Ghost Rider after Li Feng recalled the Fiendfyre, and Li Feng collected some of his Hellfire.
  • Kreacher told Coulson that the frost around the church came from Li Feng's Dementors, prompting Coulson to realize Li Feng commanded a legion.
  • Researchers detected more than three hundred low-temperature points before the Dementors disappeared, and Coulson ordered the Special Operations Unit to approach the church.

Ch. 180Facing Mephisto

Li Feng faced Mephisto at the church, concealing his identity and trying to discourage the demon from recruiting him. Mephisto then offered to reclaim Ghost Rider’s power in exchange for Johnny Blaze’s freedom, but Johnny refused and said he would keep the power to fight Mephisto.

  • Li Feng returned from the Mirror Dimension and teased Johnny Blaze and Roxanne as they kissed.
  • Mephisto arrived at the church, and Li Feng recognized him while Coulson realized the visitor was Satan.
  • Mephisto probed Li Feng’s ties to Kamar-Taj and darkness, tried to recruit him, and Li Feng used a false name and displayed the Pseudo-Angel Feather to deter him.
  • Mephisto turned to Johnny Blaze and offered to take back Ghost Rider’s power, granting Johnny the freedom and love he had sought.
  • Johnny Blaze refused Mephisto’s offer and declared that he would keep Ghost Rider’s power to deal with him.
