Aftermath

On the bed, silver hair lay softly scattered, setting off the faint blush on her snow-white cheeks against the pillow. Gu Yue Na had her eyes closed, her brows lightly furrowed, as though she were still immersed in some hazy dream.

Her breathing was shallow and soft. Her long lashes trembled faintly, and her delicate lips were slightly parted, carrying a trace of languid charm untouched by the dawn.

On the other side, Wu Yang Jin had long since awakened. Propping up his head, he gazed at the woman in his arms, a meaningful smile curling across his lips.

The lingering aftermath of last night had yet to fade. His gaze slid over her cheeks, down her slender, graceful neck, and settled upon the body concealed beneath the thin blanket.

Beneath the light cover, her beautifully curved figure was half-visible, like a finely sculpted work of art.

Gu Yue Na slowly opened her eyes. Her violet eyes had not fully cleared when she froze for a moment. Then, realizing her situation, her pretty face immediately turned red.

Just as she tried to struggle to her feet, Wu Yang Jin seized her wrist and pressed her back onto the soft pillow.

"Mm... you... don't fool around..." Her voice was slightly hoarse, carrying the uniquely languid allure of morning and the lingering emotions of the previous night, unexpectedly seductive.
