A universe-wide calamity annihilated both the Mechanical Race and the Ling Clan. Xin Na survived as the Mechanical Race's Seventh Princess and bearer of its core secrets, but was reduced to damaged metal after repeated pursuit and ambushes. Xuanyuan Qi—whom she calls her senior brother—rescued, repaired, and strengthened her; he also entrusted her with helping revitalize China. 448 449 453

Her return journey to Earth, which should have taken decades, lasted nearly seven hundred years. During another ambush in the Chaotic Sea, the aura of the Ling Clan's Origin leaked from her possession. That leak eventually drew the Alien Races to Earth and led to their attempted Devouring of the planet. 449

Xin Na was first encountered by Shi Yan as a wristband that transformed into a humanoid girl in the Ling Clan's Origin space. She identified herself as Xuanyuan Qi's junior sister and disclosed the destruction of her race and the true cause of Earth's Spiritual Revival. 448

An intended equal contract between Xin Na and Shi Yan was altered by Shi Yan's System into a master-slave contract.
