Background / History

During the Defense Line Era, Huaxia’s warriors held successive defensive lines against Demonic Beasts, helping unite the world rather than abandoning their homes. Base cities were established only after successful defenses secured the rear. 69 168

Its early martial history includes Shi Potian, the nation’s first Martial General, who defended Kyoto for five years before dying during the first Gold-Devouring Rat Tide; Zhu Junrong, its first Sword Dao Martial King, who died during Shanghai’s first major evacuation; and Yang Feng, its first Martial Emperor, who guarded the Hundred Thousand Great Mountains for thirty years. 31

Major Events

Punitive Strike Against Annan Country

After repeated border incursions and Beast Tide attacks, Huaxia announced punitive strikes against Annan Country. Situ Yaoyang led six other Martial Emperors into battle; Cheng Batian and Du Shouliang killed two Annan Martial Emperors, forcing Ruan Tianhe, Fei Er, and the remaining enemy Emperors to retreat. 267

Level 2 Combat Readiness

Following the Annan operation and the destruction of an A-Class Beast Tide at Zhennan Pass, Huaxia entered Level 2 combat readiness. Rather than immediately preparing for foreign war, it intensified infrastructure work, material transport, public security, and demon-slaying operations. 271

Changbai Mountains Forbidden Zone Campaign

Huaxia took advantage of the Silver Moon Sky Wolf being occupied on the moon to launch a surprise assault on the Changbai Mountains Forbidden Zone. The victory removed one of the Four Great Forbidden Zones, but the deployment of more than half of Huaxia’s Martial Emperors showed the immense cost of such campaigns. 351

Alien-Realm Clearance

After alien invasions destabilized much of the world, Huaxia cleared three alien realms within its territory. It subsequently offered to eliminate alien threats in other countries in exchange for payment, causing international alliances formed against Huaxia to fracture. 438
