Yorktown said with slight surprise as her ocean-blue eyes gazed at the Mind Cube in her hand, carefully sensing its changes.
"Mm, indeed..."
Gwen nodded as he held another Mind Cube in his other hand and carefully examined it, reaching the same conclusion as Yorktown.
"So all we need to do is..."
A certain guess surfaced in Yorktown's mind. Her gaze flickered uncertainly as she looked at Gwen.
"If nothing unexpected happens, establishing an energy connection with these two Mind Cubes here and triggering the special energy that appeared within them should allow us to return to your original world."
Meeting her gaze, mixed with anticipation and nervousness, Gwen voiced his speculation.
Before Yorktown could speak, however, Gwen tightened his grip around her slender hand and said gently,
"But to be safe, let's use the old method..."
As his words fell, a gentle radiance bloomed from Gwen's body, transforming into an endlessly flowing Ginga that enveloped the two of them as they held hands.
