"Don't buy any fruit. We can have Golden Branches Jade Leaves grow some when the time comes." Murong was calculating with Zhou Hao what they needed to buy for Mid-Autumn Festival.
Zhou Hao nodded gently. "Alright, we just need to buy ingredients for making mooncakes. It seems there isn't much else to prepare."
"Alright, then let's go!" Murong said, tugging on the back of his collar.
Zhou Hao smiled faintly, then went downstairs with Murong and drove to the supermarket for a major shopping trip.
Once they had everything ready, they simply waited for Zhou Mu and the others to arrive tomorrow.
The next morning
Zhou Mu's group of three people and fourteen beasts all arrived, including Luo Bing and the Universe-Shaking Giant Turtle.
"Mom, Dad, we're here!" The moment Zhou Mu arrived, he shouted excitedly outside the door.
"I'm coming." Murong answered, then came over and opened the door. When she saw Zhou Mu and the others, the brilliant smile on her face never faded. "Come in, all of you!"
"Mom, where's Dad?" Zhou Yuanbao asked with a grin.
"He's inside mixing the filling! We're making mooncakes ourselves later." Murong replied with a soft laugh.
As they spoke, everyone had already entered.
Zhou Mu and the others immediately went to find Zhou Hao.
Meanwhile, Luo Bing had a proper chat with her disciple.
"Have you gotten used to living here?" Luo Bing asked, taking Murong's hand.
The corners of Murong's lips lifted slightly as she nodded. "It's quite nice."
"As long as you're happy." Luo Bing nodded in relief.
"Master, let's sit down and talk!" Murong pointed toward the sofa in the living room.
"Mm." Luo Bing walked over with her.
Murong then brewed a pot of tea, and master and disciple began chatting idly.
On
