"What is that?"

Amid the God War, several Norse Gods seemed to sense something and simultaneously looked up toward the summit of the divine mountain.

An eerie crimson hue was spreading from the clouds. Through the dense mist, the outline of a massive Crimson Eyeball could vaguely be seen, slowly gazing down upon the land of Asgard.

The Forest God Vili flickered repeatedly through the air, barely evading the cold gleam of the Three-Pointed Double-Edged Halberd.

Yang Jian, clad in a silver robe, unleashed a streak of deep-blue divine light from the vertical eye between his brows. In the next instant, the space around Vili seemed to freeze, forcibly locking him in place.

The Three-Pointed Double-Edged Halberd lightly swept across Vili's neck. His body immediately transformed into a withered treant and was cleaved in two. A remnant shadow shot away, reforming into Vili several kilometers away as he staggered backward.

He gritted his teeth and glared at Yang Jian, casually grabbing a branch-like spear as he prepared to attack again. Then, from the corner of his eye, he caught sight of the crimson glow in the distance.

His brows furrowed, confusion surfacing in his eyes...

"Cthulhu's aura?" Yang Jian gripped the Three-Pointed Double-Edged Halberd in one hand, the vertical eye between his brows fixed on the crimson light above the divine mountain. His expression instantly darkened. "You people of Asgard were hiding something this disgusting?"

"This has nothing to do with Asgard," Vili said coldly. "Don't make baseless accusations."

He snorted and was about to charge out with his spear again when his raised foot abruptly froze in midair.

His body stood motionless like a statue.

Vili's brows drew tighter and tighter. As though he had sensed something, he lowered his head in confusion and looked at his own chest.
