The purple glow slowly faded from the sky, and the terrifying waves of destruction subsided with it.

Monkey King sat on the railing, a wine jar in hand. His eyes casually swept over the dust-shrouded yet completely unharmed hospital room before he calmly turned away and continued staring into the distance.

The dust settled.

Lin Qiye, clad in a white coat, stood in the doorway without a single injury on him. With both hands in his pockets, he looked at Gilgamesh with helplessness on his face.

Resorting to violence without a word?

Another troublesome hard case...

Seeing that Lin Qiye had endured such an attack without the slightest injury, Gilgamesh frowned slightly. He studied Lin Qiye for a moment, as if he had noticed something.

"So the laws here are protecting you? How... fortunate."

Gilgamesh slowly rose from the folding chair. His indifferent gaze swept over Lin Qiye as he headed toward the hospital room door, giving his gray robe a light shake, as though it were not an ordinary robe but royal garments symbolizing supreme sovereignty.

He walked straight to the doorway and stopped.

"Move aside," Gilgamesh said flatly.

Lin Qiye stood in the doorway without any intention of yielding. "You can't go out yet."

"You opened this door for me, yet you won't let me leave?" Gilgamesh narrowed his deep purple eyes. "Are you... toying with me?"

"It's too dangerous for you to go outside."

"You have the laws here protecting you. I cannot harm you, so what are you afraid of?"

"You're mistaken." Lin Qiye sighed. "I wasn't saying that I would be in danger... I meant that you would be."

Gilgamesh stared into Lin Qiye's eyes, a hint of mockery appearing on his face. "I would be in danger? Peasant, do you know who I am?"
