Ren Yuan worked at the Gengxin City Blacksmith Association, where Liu Dabao recommended him to Li Qing as a suitably skilled blacksmith for a mech-armor commission. Though initially surprised that the client was a young teenager, Ren Yuan became serious once Li Qing produced the armor blueprints and explained his concept. 126

Li Qing's extended explanation of mech armor gave Ren Yuan a new perspective on forging and directly broke the Soul Power bottleneck that had held him at level 69 for years.
