Within the spiritual vein beneath the Heavenly River, amid countless silver bells, Heavenly Beast Supreme, Seven Kill Esteemed, Pill Heaven Supreme, and Lei Yang Supreme sat facing one another in meditation.
They had not separated by even half a step, remaining vigilant at all times. Intricate formations linked them together; tug one hair, and the whole body moved, as close as fellow disciples of the same sect.
This state had continued for many years.
The Supreme from Du'e Fumo Temple had vanished. He had died on the battlefield years ago and, like the cultivators of his entire sect, had now become a puppet treasure carefully tended by the Heavenly Illusion Immortal Butterfly Clan. The remaining Supremes, meanwhile, were like startled birds at the mere twang of a bowstring, utterly devoid of all internal strife.
New Immortal Sects and ancient Immortal Sects, righteous paths and demonic paths—all such distinctions had completely disappeared.
