The Heavenly Sword Star Domain Cluster was being handed over in an orderly manner.
Seven Kill Sword Esteemed One and many Sword Esteemed Ones lectured on the Dao amid the starry sky, discussing all manner of sword Dao mysteries and ultimate principles. From time to time, they manifested portions of their dharma power and divine sense onto a battlefield chessboard, battling and debating the sword, looking carefree and harmonious.
While the many Sword Esteemed Ones debated the sword, batches of administratively reorganized troops marched out. They broke their forces into smaller units and gradually penetrated every part of the Heavenly Sword Star Domain Cluster, taking over the various powers of the Great Thousand Worlds and the Immortal Sects, then beginning reforms in economics, culture, institutions, and military affairs.
There were naturally some twists and turns in this regard.
When interests were touched, no one could remain calm and composed. Even the weak would always resist, causing some disorder.
However, without the support of the Esteemed Ones, this disorder gradually vanished. It did not trigger widespread unrest, and everything remained in perfect order.
Throughout the Heavenly Sword Star Domain Cluster, the wealth of all cultivators who did not cause trouble could be retained.
This was not a bloody war against foreign races, but peaceful unification and a change of institutions. Relatively speaking, it was exceedingly mild; so long as one had not committed some heinous crime, one could be pardoned.
