"Kun God, let me take you to the Bloodfiend Ancestral God Ruins." Blood Luo pushed Xu Kun forward.
Xu Kun had also confirmed that the Asura Race did indeed know—or even a fool could infer—that the central location surrounded by the twenty former capable ministers of Bloodfiend was where the Bloodfiend Ruins lay.
Knowing was one thing, though. These descendants had no way to enter the earth!
Yet Xu Kun had expected an open expanse, only to find that the spot which should have been empty was occupied by buildings far grander than the twenty mountain gates around the perimeter.
A closer look revealed twenty beams of light cast from the outer perimeter, pouring into the magnificent structures before them.
"Senior Blood Luo, these are?"
"Hehe, these were built by us descendants for the Bloodfiend Ancestral God. As the founder of our Asura Race, even in death, he should receive boundless posthumous glory!"
A face-saving project, huh~
Xu Kun neither agreed nor disagreed. Honoring one's ancestor was not about building them some grand mausoleum after their death; the greatest filial devotion was practicing the path they had left behind!
"And these twenty beams?" Xu Kun narrowed his eyes.
"To be honest with you, Kun God, these were preparations our race made against the possibility that someone might one day accidentally obtain the token and attempt to open the Bloodfiend Ancestral God Ruins."
Xu Kun gave Blood Luo a meaningful look. "You mean that if I did not receive the Asura Race's approval, then even if I had the ability to open the ruins, I would be killed by these twenty beams?"
"That is all in the past now."
