What did "Hundred Races Ascend to the Peak" mean?

The "hundred races" here specifically referred to the top one hundred races in the Sequence Ranking at the time: the Three Saint Races, the Seven Royal Races, and ninety S-Tier Races.

"Ascend to the Peak" meant that these hundred top races had to demonstrate an absolute, indisputable, dominant-scale gap in strength over the other 9,900 races.

Quantified for each rank, the S-Tier Race ranked one hundredth needed to have accumulated total race points at least twice those of the Tier-A Race ranked one hundred and first!

Furthermore, for every rank climbed higher, that race's total points had to exceed the one below by at least the total points of the Tier-A Race ranked one hundred and first!

The far-reaching significance of "Hundred Races Ascend to the Peak" was that, after that war ended, it used the Battlefield Will as its guide to draw an insurmountable chasm in strength between S-Tier Races and Tier-A Races.
